To reduce the operating costs and risks of losing critical documentation, and the demand from end users and authorities for more solid, reliable, transparent and secure operations, DOCSOLUTIONS has developed the “Digital Customs File” for use by customs agents and representatives, importers and exporters. It is fully compliant with all legal and fiscal requirements, eliminates paper forms and documents and offers:

  • World-class infrastructure.
  • Sound, certified processes.
  • State-of-the-art technology for the digital on-line management, storage and consultation of the documentation that supports foreign trade operations.

DOCSOLUTIONS is the first company to be authorized by the tax authorities (SAT) and its Customs Office to digitize and store all import and export permit requests as part of the transition to “paperless customs”. This innovative solution offers operational efficiencies for the organizations that use it and is framed by the governmental initiative to modernize the Mexican customs system. Users can respond quickly to official requests, giving them a clear competitive advantage and introducing an efficient, secure, modern approach to foreign trade activities.
