DOCSOLUTIONS DOCSOLUTIONS is the first company authorized by the General Administration Office of Customs to image all import and export documents.Nov/13/2009On October 20, 2009, the General Administration Office of Customs authorized DOCSOLUTIONS to image and store import/export documentation required by law from all custom agents and companies involved in foreign trade. As part of the modernization of the Mexican customs regulations to create a transparent and efficient “Paperless Customs” system, the General Administration Office of Customs issued General Rule No. 2.13.21 for Foreign Trade, which regulates the companies that offer document imaging and storage services to customs agents and representatives. After a rigorous technical assessment, DOCSOLUTIONS obtained this certification and became the first company in the country authorized to offer these services.
