DOCSOLUTIONS opens Monterrey operations.

Marcelo Cohen Arazi, General Director of DOCSOLUTIONS, recently announced its launch of records management operations in the city of Monterrey, to better serve clients located in northeastern Mexico.

Heading this operation will be Sergio Cueva Leal, who joined the company as Director of Business Development – Northern Region and will be responsible for service to businesses and institutions in that prosperous region of the country. The Monterrey office will offer local clients the same services as offered by the company at its central headquarters in Mexico City. It will operate with its own local infrastructure, supported by the operating capacity of the central organization.

DOCSOLUTIONS clients in the Northeast will receive the most advanced records management technology through its proprietary platform DOCFLOW®, which provides efficient and accurate control, access and handling of documents and files and provides reliable information for quick decision making. DOCSOLUTIONS´ clients in the Northeast will also have access to all the company’s outsourcing services in the organization, capture, imaging and creation of databases from their documents, as well as storage and destruction of paper and electronic files. The northern clients of DOCSOLUTIONS will receive integrated service throughout the full life cycle of their documentation.
